Van Le - Co-founder & Chief Strategy, Design and Innovation Office, Xinja

Van is an expert in customer experience design and has worked with clients in financial services, telecommunications, higher education, energy and facilities management, not only in CXD but also business growth strategies, operating models, product development and resilience training. She has a law degree and an MBA and currently lectures undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students at the University of NSW. Van has worked for APRA, Vodafone, Optus and Telstra and has consulted across competition, consumer protection, and consumer experience sectors, advising AGL, Serco, AMP and the University of Sydney among others.

Matt's never been one for the standard working life. Having originally trained as a lawyer, he quickly realized that showing up for work on someone else's watch was not his game. So he took to the markets. Trading professionally and personally for 15 years, Matt's always been driven by a desire to gain the financial freedom to do what he wants in life. Lately, that's given him the chance to start Stake, a platform that opens up the US stock market to Australians.

Deepesh Banerji - Former Chief Product & Technology Officer, Beem It

Deepesh has spent his career growing and transforming businesses with an innovation and customer-first lens. He was recently Chief Product & Technology Officer at Australia’s first digital wallet, Beem It, a fintech startup joint venture between Commonwealth Bank, Westpac and NAB, where he led the formation of the product and subsequent scaling of viral network effect growth. Deepesh was previously Vice President of Product at CBS, the iconic US media business, leading a 5 year turnaround in it’s digital sports division, culminating in tripling customer and margin growth. Prior to that, he was a General Manager at Everyday Health, a health media business, which during his tenure grew from a small, high growth startup into a large, listed company on the New York Stock Exchange (EVDY), subsequently acquired by j2Global, another listed company.
